Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant with 10-12 years of experience to join our team on a freelance basis. The consultant will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle implementation, support and optimization of Oracle Fusion SCM modules. The ideal candidate should have strong technical and functional expertise in supply chain processes, Oracle Fusion applications and experience working in multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including gathering requirements, process mapping, configuration, customization, and testing.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze supply chain needs and translate them into technical solutions using Oracle Fusion SCM.
  • Provide ongoing post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and system enhancement services for clients.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation including solution design, functional specifications, and configuration documentation.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for custom development, reporting, and integration activities between Oracle Fusion SCM and other business systems.
  • Configure and support the following Oracle Fusion SCM modules: Procurement, Order Management, Inventory, Product Hub, and Demand Planning.
  • Optimize supply chain processes leveraging Oracle Fusion tools and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Provide support for Oracle Fusion Cloud upgrades and rollouts.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Oracle Fusion SCM Expertise: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion SCM modules like Inventory Management, Procurement, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, and Logistics.
  • Integration & Customization: Experience in integrating Oracle Fusion SCM with other modules and third-party applications and customizing the platform to meet specific business needs.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, including planning, execution, and go-live support.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex supply chain challenges and propose effective solutions utilizing Oracle Fusion’s capabilities.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience across various industries (manufacturing, retail, logistics, etc.) with a deep understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 10-12 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion SCM, including full lifecycle implementation.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud technology and SaaS implementation methodologies.
  • Certification in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management is a plus.

Preferred Tools and Technologies:

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle PaaS.
  • BI Publisher, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.
