Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect/Engineer with 9 to 15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in ITSM/ ITOM/ ITAM/ Governance/ GRC/ HR Service Delivery/ SecOps/ FSM.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions for ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/GRC/HRSD/SecOps/FSM modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
Manage end-to-end project delivery, including architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Drive ServiceNow enhancements and customizations, aligning with industry best practices and the organization's goals.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
Develop and implement ServiceNow automation workflows, dashboards, and reports for improved visibility and efficiency.
Ensure alignment of ServiceNow configurations with governance, security, and compliance policies.
