Business Analyst Consultant with FIGMA

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, design workflows, and collaborate with designers and developers to ensure seamless project execution. Proficiency in FIGMA is essential, as you will create and manage wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visually represent business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Utilize FIGMA to create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Conduct workshops and meetings with stakeholders to refine requirements and ensure alignment.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers to ensure the successful implementation of business solutions.
Perform data analysis and create reports to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and business objectives.
Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business cases, functional requirements, and user stories.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst.
Proficiency in FIGMA for creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual representations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
Experience working in agile environments is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
