Camunda Developer/Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implementation:

• Design and develop business workflows and process automation solutions using Camunda BPM.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical designs and workflow models.
• Build scalable BPM solutions that integrate with enterprise systems and technologies.

Development and Customization:

• Develop and maintain Camunda BPMN process models, DMN decision tables, and CMMN case management.
• Implement custom Java classes, scripts, and connectors to extend Camunda functionality.
• Integrate Camunda with external systems and services using REST APIs, SOAP, and Microservices.

Technical Leadership:

• Lead the end-to-end BPM lifecycle, from process modeling to deployment and monitoring.
• Provide architectural oversight, performance optimization, and troubleshooting of BPM workflows.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in BPMN, DMN, and CMMN best practices.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Work with DevOps and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of BPM solutions in production environments.

Maintenance and Optimization:

• Monitor and maintain the Camunda platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BPMN workflows, integrations, and system performance.
• Optimize processes to improve system efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks.
