Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Advisor

Job Description:
- Strong functional consultant for HCM modules: CoreHR, ORC.
- Client interview to be cleared.
- Need strong communication and BA skills.
- Start Date: ASAP.
- Act as the functional owner Oracle Cloud HCM in an ERP system.
- Plan and direct product selection assessments involving Oracle Cloud HCM, prepare design proposals to reflect cost, time and alternative actions to support current and future business needs.
- Can recommend and make decisions materially impacting the success of project outcomes.
- Leads the design and development of at least one asset, accelerator, offering and differentiator in the HCM space.
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience with implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Expert functional knowledge of multiple Oracle Cloud HCM modules (Global HR & Recruiting).
- Expert understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM product suite and Human Resource End-to-End Business Flows.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with business users, gather and document requirements.
- Ability to provide options and talk through solutions with end customer.
- Able to present solutions to clients and prospects and address any queries.
- Participated in at least 2 or more full lifecycle implementation projects as the owner Oracle Cloud HCM.
