SAP CPI with BTP Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP CPI and BTP Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) along with deep understanding of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to design, build, and support cloud-based integration solutions that connect SAP and non-SAP applications seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain integration flows using SAP CPI.
Build integrations between SAP S/4HANA, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Ariba, SAP C4C, and third-party systems.
Implement solutions using SAP BTP services like API Management, Event Mesh, Extension Suite, and Integration Suite.
Develop custom adapters, if required, and manage APIs securely.
Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of integrations — from design and development to deployment and support.
Work on BTP extensions using CAP (Cloud Application Programming Model), Node.js/Java, or SAP Fiori (if applicable).
Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Perform performance tuning, error handling, and system monitoring for integrations.
Adhere to best practices for security, scalability, and reusability.
Stay updated with the latest features of SAP BTP, CPI, and Integration Suite.

Skills and Qualifications:

5–12 years of strong experience in SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).
Experience working with SAP BTP services — Integration Suite, Extension Suite, API Management, Event Mesh, and WorkZone.
Solid understanding of iFlow development, OData services, SOAP, REST, and other integration protocols.
Knowledge of authentication methods (OAuth2, SAML, Basic Authentication, Certificates).
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, or other SAP modules integration.
Proficiency in Groovy Scripting and XSLT Mapping in CPI.
Exposure to SAP Event-Driven Architecture is a plus.
Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.
SAP Certification in CPI / Integration Suite / BTP (preferred but not mandatory).
