Job Description :
- Involved in the maintenance of personnel events and integration with organization structure of payroll area, pay scale type, employee group, employee sub-group, pay scale group, pay scale level.
- Maintained Employee Master Data using transaction codes PA30, PA40.
- Customer Requirement Documents, Business Blue Print Creation, Function Specifications, Configuration Document, Test Plan and Test Script.
- Responsible for successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables; particularly in the SAP HR Payroll module.
- Configured payroll related data for garnishments.
- Handled the tasks of improving operational metrics, performance measurement and business case development.
- Administration, Personnel Management, Payroll and Benefits.
- Customizing Time Evaluation, Data Collection in Time Evaluation, Operations as Tools of Time Evaluation. Worked with Personnel Calculation Schema TM00. Developed Alternative Time Evaluation Schemas. Integration with Payroll.
- Configured and customized new payroll control records for new payroll areas. Developed new period modifiers, date modifiers.
- Define and develop all course material, SAP tutors and assessments.
- Manage own timeline and reaches deadlines.
- End to End SAP India payroll implementation and 1 India payroll support project experience with Indian Payroll.
- Experience in understanding the client requirement and individually writing Schemas & PCRs in Payroll.
- Experience in working with technical teams in resolving issues in programs, reports, interfaces, IDocs, etc.
- Experience in Support on Payroll and Time Management. Experience with negative time management and understanding of Time integration with 3rd party.
- Experience in handling and working on the Quarterly, Year-end, HRSP and support pack activities.
- Experience in understanding 3rd party systems, integrations, interfaces.
- Experience in ESS/MSS and Time Sheet CATS.
- Worked extensively on positive time management.
- This will be an individual role and handle things independently in Support and Implementation.
- Good presentation and communication skills are desirable.
