SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll Consultant to support our HR and payroll
transformation projects. As a freelancer, you will collaborate with our internal team and clients to
provide expert guidance, configuration, and support for SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and Implement SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll: Set up payroll processes, wage types, tax codes, and country-specific localization.
- System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP FI/CO, SAP Time Management).
- Business Process Optimization: Analyze and design payroll processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure accurate payroll calculations and compliance.
- Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals.
- Training and Knowledge Transfer: Provide end-user training and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams and clients.
Requirements:
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration, country-specific payroll schemas, rules, and processes.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with ABAP (for debugging and custom reports) and integration tools (IDocs, ALE, etc.) is a plus.
- Certifications: SAP HCM or SAP S/4HANA certification is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and ability to work independently.
- Languages: Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
