Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect/Engineer with 9 to
15 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive knowledge and hands-on
experience in ITSM/ ITOM/ ITAM/ Governance/ GRC/ HR Service Delivery/ SecOps/ FSM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions for ITSM/ITOM/ITAM/GRC/HRSD/SecOps/FSM modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including architecture design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Drive ServiceNow enhancements and customizations, aligning with industry best practices and the organization's goals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
- Develop and implement ServiceNow automation workflows, dashboards, and reports for improved visibility and efficiency.
- Ensure alignment of ServiceNow configurations with governance, security, and compliance policies.
