SAP HCM processes and how they integrate with SuccessFactors.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood solutions.
Knowledge of core HR processes and standard practices within an international context.
MDF (Meta Data Framework) and business rules configuration.
Analysing and optimising SAP SuccessFactors for performance.
Resolving issues and debugging in SAP SuccessFactors, including issues related to configurations and integrations.
Provide L2 and L3 operational support.
Coordinate and lead a team of analysts.
Supporting the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Modernising and/or improving SAP SuccessFactors solutions through continuous improvement.
