SuccessFactors Consultant
Mandatory Skills: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruitment and Compensation.
Roles Required:
- SAP HCM processes and how they integrate with SuccessFactors.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understood solutions.
- Knowledge of core HR processes and standard practices within an international context.
- MDF (Meta Data Framework) and business rules configuration.
- Analysing and optimising SAP SuccessFactors for performance.
- Resolving issues and debugging in SAP SuccessFactors, including issues related to configurations and integrations.
- Provide L2 and L3 operational support.
- Coordinate and lead a team of analysts.
- Supporting the technical design, development, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
- Modernising and/or improving SAP SuccessFactors solutions through continuous improvement.
